At HomeTonic we stand behind our merchandise. All our leather furniture is covered by a no-hassle 30-day money back guarantee. This means that if for any reason in the 30 days after you receive your furniture you are not happy with it, you may return it for a full refund less our shipping costs.
For example, if an Original Parsons Leather Chair were returned, the customer is responsible for $25 in shipping costs to receive the chair and $25 to return the chair. Total shipping cost for the customer is $50. Upon receiving the returned chair in good condition HomeTonic would return $174 to the customer, which is $219 minus the $50 shipping costs.

All products must be returned in original packaging.

Our staff will prepare the pick up and return of your leather chair or ottoman to our warehouse. Once the chair is received back into our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Sometimes, people are leery of buying high-quality furniture on the Internet. It’s our personal guarantee to you that you ARE buying a quality piece of furniture when you invest in HomeTonic. The leather furniture you buy will be shipped to you as you see it displayed on our pages (You are welcome to order free leather swatches from us, too).
When you receive your dining room chair, club chair, tub chair or ottoman, you won’t be installing cheap bolt-in legs or finding the back of your chair covered in fake leather. We only use kiln-dried hardwood and high-grade leather. Our leather furniture is the quality you would expect to find in an upscale retail furniture store because we ARE an upscale store!

Fast Shipping and Fair Billing
It is our pledge that your leather furniture order will ship promptly after ordering. We keep our merchandise in stock and ship at least twice a week. After ordering you will receive your tracking numbers within 5 business days or sooner, but usually even sooner. If for some rare reason we are out of stock on an item we will contact you immediately and give you the date we expect to ship. We do NOT bill if an item is out of stock.
