At Hometonic we stand behind our merchandise. All our furniture
is covered by a no-hassle 30 day money back guarantee. That means
that if for any reason in the 30 days after you receive your furniture
you are not happy with it. You may return it for a full refund
less our flat rate shipping costs.
For example, if an Original Parsons Chair were returned, the
customer is responsible for $20 in shipping costs to receive the
chair and $20 to return the chair. Total shipping cost for the
customer is $40. The original amount billed would be $199 plus
$20 in shipping for a total of $219. Upon receiving the returned
chair in good condition Hometonic would return $179 to the customer,
which is $219 minus the $40 shipping costs.
To initiate a return please call customer service at 1-888-285-1137.
The return process typically involves a prepaid DHL waybill being
mailed to you. You simply repack the furniture and paste the pre-paid
waybill to the box the furniture was shipped in. You then call
the DHL toll free number at 1-800-CALL-DHL to arrange a pickup
time that is convenient for you. You are not billed anything by
DHL.
After DHL ships the chair to our warehouse we refund your credit
card, Paypal account or cut a check, depending on the method of
payment originally used for the purchase.

No hidden surprises.
You are buying a quality piece of furniture. The furniture you
buy will be shipped to you as you see it displayed on our pages.
When you get your furniture you won’t be installing cheap
bolt-in legs or finding the back of your chair covered in fake
leather. We only use kiln-dried hardwood and high grade leather.

Fast Shipping and Fair Billing
It is our pledge that your order will ship promptly after ordering.
We keep our merchandise in stock and ship at least twice a week.
After ordering you will receive your tracking numbers within 5
business days or sooner, but usually even sooner. If for some
reason we are out of stock on an item we will contact you and
give you the date we expect to ship. We do NOT bill if an item
is out of stock.
